  1. Clear message: Make sure your message is simple and clear. Few words or a concise slogan can catch visitors' attention instantly and effectively communicate your brand or products.
  2. Eye-catching logo: Always place your logo in the upper third of your exhibition stand so that it is clearly visible from afar.
  3. Color design: The color design plays an important role, especially when designing LED exhibition walls. Choose colors that match your brand and set the mood you want. Even neutral white light walls can create an impressive effect.
  4. Consistency with your brand: The design of the LED exhibition stand theme should be consistent with the overall image of your brand. The use of corporate colors, fonts, and design elements helps create a clear brand identity.
  5. Target group orientation: When designing the motif, think about your target group. What could appeal to them and captivate them? A theme that appeals to the needs and interests of the target audience will attract more visitors.
  6. Professional Design: If you have no experience in design, it is advisable to hire a professional graphic designer or a company that has experience designing exhibition stands. A professionally designed motif can make the difference and influence the success of your trade fair appearance.

To ensure that your LED exhibition stand is always up-to-date and has an appealing effect on visitors, you should observe the following tips:

  1. Modular design: Opt for a modular exhibition stand design that is easily adaptable and expandable. This allows you to quickly change your graphics and content and adapt the status to the current marketing messages.
  2. Easily exchangeable graphics: Our textile coverings and graphic prints were specially developed for LED exhibition walls. They are foldable, easy to replace and durable. This allows you to quickly present new motifs and adapt the exhibition wall "just in time" to the respective events.
  3. Interactive elements: Integrate interactive elements into your LED exhibition stand, such as touchscreens or interactive displays. These enable visitors to interact with the content themselves and thus create a special experience.
  4. Up-to-date content: Make sure that the content you present at your LED exhibition stand is always up-to-date and reflects the latest marketing messages and offers.
  5. Lighting Effects: Experiment with different lighting effects to present your messages even more effectively. With targeted lighting effects, you can draw the attention of visitors to the product you want or emphasize specific content.
  6. Feedback from visitors: Collect regular feedback from trade fair visitors to learn how they perceive your LED trade fair stand and the content presented. Use this feedback to continuously improve your stand and adapt it to the needs of visitors.

Certain graphic motifs are particularly suitable for use on LED exhibition walls, as they can make optimal use of the advantages of backlighting and achieve an impressive visual effect. Here are some recommendations for choosing a suitable graphic motif:

  1. Illuminated logos and lettering: Backlit logos and lettering draw the attention of trade fair visitors and turn your LED trade fair stand into an eye-catcher.
  2. High-resolution images: High-resolution graphics with impressive details can be shown to their best advantage with LED backlighting. Images of products, services or large-format landscapes can create a strong visual impact.
  3. Atmospheric Scenes: If the exhibition stand is to convey a certain atmosphere or mood, background images with suitable scenes, colors and effects can create an appealing environment.
  4. Color gradients and transparencies: Backlighting can emphasize color gradients and transparencies in graphics and create a fascinating display.
  5. Branding and corporate design: Use the backlighting to skilfully present your company branding and corporate design. With a uniform appearance, the exhibition stand is immediately recognizable and stays in the memory of the visitors.
  6. High-contrast elements: Employ high-contrast graphic motifs to achieve a clear and distinct display that is also clearly visible from a distance.

It is important that the graphic motifs fit the message and objective of your exhibition stand and result in an attractive overall composition. A well thought-out design, taking into account the backlighting, can make the trade fair stand a real eye-catcher and attract the desired attention of the trade fair visitors.

Advantages of LEDs:

  1. Low energy consumption: LEDs consume significantly less electricity compared to conventional light bulbs. Due to their high energy efficiency, they can offer up to 90% energy savings. As a result, they reduce power consumption and help lower energy bills, which is beneficial for both consumers and the environment.
  2. Long service life: LED lights have a significantly longer service life than conventional light bulbs. Most LEDs are designed for an average lifespan of 15,000 to 50,000 hours. Since they only slowly lose brightness over time, they need to be replaced less often. This results in lower maintenance costs and a reduced amount of e-waste.
  3. Environmentally friendly: Unlike many other lighting technologies, LEDs contain no mercury or other toxic substances. If an LED lamp is damaged or its service life is reached, no harmful substances are released. This makes LEDs an eco-friendly option that has no negative impact on the environment and can be easily recycled.

Information on color temperature:

Color temperature is an important consideration when choosing LEDs as it affects the color of light and the mood they create. There are three gradations, warm white, neutral white and cold white (daylight white). These each have their specific areas of application and effects on the perceived lighting.

  • Warm white (2700K to 3300K) produces a cozy and pleasant light, which is often used in living rooms, bedrooms, restaurants or similar environments where a warm and relaxed atmosphere is desired.
  • Neutral white (3300K to 5300K) is perceived as neutral and is therefore well suited to work environments such as offices, retail areas and doctor's surgeries where clear and neutral lighting without strong color distortion is preferred.
  • Cool white or daylight white (from 5,300 K) has a higher proportion of blue and creates a lively and energetic light. It is often used in environments where good color reproduction and realism are important, such as in the textile and printing industries.

We use cool white LEDs with a color temperature of 6,500 K for our LED trade fair walls. This ensures brilliant and true-color image reproduction in the ALU STAR, ALU LightUp and PIXLIP GO LED trade fair systems we use. With the appropriate color temperature, the backlit motifs can unfold their full effect and thus achieve impressive effects.
